Lorenzo Bruschi is Director and Founding Partner of Vasaris Srl, the independent consulting firm offering Art Advisory services and Partner at Bigli Art Broker Srl (brokerage of works of art). He specializes in Italian art from XV to XX century. After 6 years in the antiques market, he has worked as an art expert for leading art insurance companies such Chubb and advised as a freelancer auction houses based in Italy and in London. He was director at Pandolfini Auction House and taught in courses and workshops on Art market for professionals of the financial sector. Lorenzo holds a qualification from the CCIAA of Milan and he is also a consultant to the Milan law courts. Patrick Burke has 16 years’ experience in investment management. Prior to co-founding Consortium Capital Group, he was COO, CFO and Compliance Officer of Duet Group; an FSA regulated alternative asset management group active in hedge fund, real estate & private equity strategies. Prior to that, Patrick has been directly responsible in setting up Change Capital Partners LLP, an FSA regulated private equity buy-out firm specialising in mid-market retail. Patrick has also been Co-founder, Finance Director and Compliance Officer of HAM & Co.; an asset management company regulated and authorized by the FSA that was successfully sold and renamed Delcap Asset Management Ltd. Patrick sits on the Board of Delcap Asset Management Ltd and is currently an Advisor to The Historic Endurance Rallying Organisation (HERO),an MSA/FIA recognised Motor sports Club. He holds the investment management certificate and is authorised by the FSA since 1998. Michele Calcaterra Borri
Michele Calcaterra is Chairman and CEO of ECPI Group and ECPI S.r.l. and the Head of its sales department. He has been a senior faculty member in the Corporate Finance & Real Estate Department of SDA Bocconi School of Management and, from 1991 to 2007. As advisor in M&A transactions, corporate valuations and fairness opinions, Michele has been the driving force behind ECPI’s sustainability and ESG research since its inception. Michele was also a founder and member of the scientific board of the Ethical Finance Observatory (Osservatorio Finetica). A graduate of Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Financial Economy and Corporate Finance, 1989), Michele took part in the International Teachers Program at the London Business School (1991), a faculty-development program of International Schools of Business Management (ISBM), a group of leading European and U.S. business schools.

Matteo Cascinari is CEO of Blomming and member of the board of directors of Alef 4 and DentalPro. Matteo began his career in the media industry, first as Product Manager to the commercial Business Unit New Media of Il Sole 24 Ore Group and later as Product Manager and Marketing Manager of the newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore, where he was in charge of starting up of the Group’s satellite television project. Earlier on he was Marketing Director of Walt Disney magazine and Director of the Multimedia Unit that manages the news agency and the real time financial monitor of Il Sole 24 Ore online. Giulia Cipollini is Head of the Tax Department at Withers’ Italian Practice. She provides domestic and international tax planning advice on commercial, corporate, M&A and real estate transactions. In addition, she advises private clients, high net worth individuals and families on matters relating to family businesses, transfers, wealth planning, trusts, and succession issues. Giulia also lectures on Italian and international tax law at the University of Florence School of Law, La Sapienza University School of Law in Rome and the University of Pisa School of Law. She is member of the Italian Bar Association, registered member of STEP, IFA and ASLA and Member of the Special Commission on Fiscal Studies of the National Council of Italian Notary Publics in Rome, 2002-2007. Andrea Circi is Partner, Head of Private Clients, Partner at Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte where he deals with large family fortunes and focuses on generational transition and estate planning. He developed his experience working in international business environments where is acquired competences in direct taxation related to corporate finance transactions. Roberta Crivellaro is the Managing Partner of the Italian practice in Milan and responsible for the firm’s five Italian desks worldwide. She specializes in corporate and commercial cross-border transactions and international litigation as well as brands and residential and commercial real estate. Her legal training and experience, together with an in depth knowledge of various legal systems and foreign laws have heightened her ability to synthesize the principles of Civil Law (European law) with the concepts of Common Law (Anglo Saxon system). She began her career as Business Analyst with A.T.Kearney then proceeded as Communications Specialist and active member of ATKearney’s Faculty. Currently, she is Visiting Professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, IULM and ISPI (Istituto Superiore Politica Internazionale) where she teaches Communication Skills and Structuring and Storylining. She is a member of AIFO’s Executive Committee and Head of the Academy for Family Officers. Fadique de Vargas holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University (Milan).

Ugo Festini is responsible for the division of Advisory & Strategy of K2Real, an independent real estate consulting. He has gained extensive experience in the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities, even in the distressed (NPL) area. He developed over the years a profound knowledge of financial instruments (fixed income, equity and derivatives) and asset management. In Finsev spa, he was appointed CEO in 2005 and follows the purchase of a minority stake in Mediobanca, where he has been a member of the Bank’s union syndicate for over 8 years, representing the Company. In Camperio SIM, an independent asset management company with AUM of € 1.3 billion, he is a counselor for customer families since 2007 and creates connections between the SIM and the Supervisory Bodies. In Severgnini Family Office, a company that mainly carries out trustees in favor of more than 40 discretionary and irrevocable trusts with under-trust assets of over € 800m, is Chairman since 2013. He is also General Manager and senior member of the Controlfida Investment Committee (SUISSE) SA; presides over the Foundation of Controls Staff (SUISSE) SA. He has been director and manager of various UCITS Funds under Irish law with AUM of over € 1 billion from 1997 to 2011. He has been treasurer of the ASD-BCC for over 15 years. Roberto Giacomelli is Director at Ernest & Young EY-service line Climate Change and Sustainability Services in Italy, supporting Corporate Sustainability and projects related to low-carbon transformation and other sustainability issues. He has over 10 years of experience in projects to greenhouse gas, energy efficiency and renewables. He is accredited by the Ministry of Environment as a surveyor in the European Emissions Trading Scheme and as auditor in the Responsible Jewellery Council and in Bettercoal. He holds a MSc in environmental economics from Bocconi University Milan.

For ST Group Patrick works in Industrial and Residential Real Estate on Australia and USA, where he is also member of the Board of Directors of ST Australia Real Estate, ST USA Real Estate and of all Coweley Companies in Australia. In 2011, he was part of the jury in charge to select the project for the Swiss pavilion for “EXPO 2015 MILANO”. Filippo Lotti, Managing Director of Sotheby’s Italy, began his collaboration with Sotheby’s in Florence in 1987 at the auction of the Mona Bismarck library. Working closely with the Department of Ancient Books of London he contributed to build, year after year, the sector in Italy, becoming also a famous auctioneer. This duty regarded him with the “White Gloves” prize, the highest honor for a Sotheby’s auctioneer during the Corsini auction held in Florence in 1994. Expert in ancient books, Filippo graduated Philosophy at the University of Florence.

With over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Paola Pierri concluded her career as General Director of UBM, the UniCredit Group’s Investment Bank. After having long worked in the non-profit sector, in 2006 she was appointed Executive Director of the Unidea-UniCredit Foundation, where she worked on issues related to public health in the Sub-Saharan Africa and on projects of social inclusion in the countries of Eastern Europe. In 2009 Paola left the UniCredit Group to establish the Pierri Philanthropy Advisory and offer a full-time consulting and training service on philanthropy and social finance issues to enterprises, banks, family offices and foundations. She holds an MSc in Economics from La Sapienza University.

Roberto Randazzo is a Lawyer, Partner of R&P Legal, an Italian independent law firm, specialized mainly in corporate and business law and highly experienced in international contracts. Over the last few years, he has focused on new areas of legal advice combining business to social innovation. He has developed a solid experience in innovative startups and non-profit legal entities and provides legal advice particularly on social business matters, social finance and impact investing. He is lecturer at Bocconi University in Milan where he teaches non-profit law, as well as lecturer at SDA Bocconi Master in Social businesses and non-profit Organizations & Cooperatives Management. He is the author of several publications and papers on non-profit law and impact investing. Since 2012 he is Honorary Consul to the Republic of Uganda in Milan.
Alex Ricchebuono is Partner at Advanced Capital SGR with the role of Head of Sales. Alex has more than 20 years of international experience within the asset management industry, focusing on fund distribution. He spent almost eight years with Janus Capital Group as Co-Head of European distribution, developing the Western European business and opening the Italian office where he was also appointed as legal representative. Fabio L. Sattin is Executive Chairman and Founding Partner of Private Equity Partners Spa, and has over 30 years’ operational experience in the Private Equity industry both in Italy and abroad. He is Senior Adjunct Professor in Private Equity and Venture Capital at L. Bocconi University in Milan, and was Vice President and Managing Director at Chase Investment Bank (now J.P. Morgan), responsible for M&A and Equity Investment in New York, London and Milan. He is Chairman of EPS Equita PEP SPAC Spa and of Equita PEP Holding Srl, and member of the General Council of Private Equity of AIFI (Italian Private Equity Venture Capital and Private Debt Association), the MP3 Observatory on Public Private Partnerships of Bocconi University, the Scientific Committee of the Ca’ Foscari International College in Venice, the Past Chairmen Group of EVCA (European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association – now Invest Europe). She worked as an Associate Researcher at The Boston Consulting Group in the Milan office, where she completes a research project funded by the European Community (Marie Curie Fellowship) on economic management of museum and cultural institutions. Prior to joining BCG, Alessia worked at the Wien Kunsthalle, where she completed a three-year research project on museum management funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF). Alessia has been a visiting scholar at the Tate Modern, Guggenheim Foundation and at the Smithsonian Institution, where she has been awarded the Smithsonian’s Fellowship in Museum Practice. Alessia received a Ph.D in Economics of Communication from IULM University and a Master’s Degree in Arts Management from City University, London. She presented papers at national and international conferences and published on scientific and managerial reviews.
