The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.

On the Contact Page of the website, there is a form to subscribe to AIFO’s newsletter. By clicking on it, user’s are explicitly and voluntarily accepting to subscribe to AIFO’s third-party service, Voxmail. By following the registration procedure, the software collects the personal data related to name, surname, email, company, business role, telephone number. The data are then stored in Voxmail’s database for future email marketing activities.

  • Cookies and other tracking devices

No cookies are used to profile users nor are other user tracking systems implemented.

So-called session (non-persistent) cookies are used exclusively to the extent this is necessary to enable secure, efficient browsing.
